Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Forever Fit Personal Training ("Forever Fit," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by FOREVERFIT PERSONAL TRAINING LLC and based in Key Largo, Florida, handles information collected through trainforeverfit.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on the Site, we collect the details you choose to enter:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Anything you write in the message field
If you email us, we receive whatever information you include in that message, such as your contact details.
Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through the contact form or by email. If health or fitness information is needed to plan your training, we will collect it directly during your assessment.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site is delivered by a website hosting provider whose servers may automatically record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems.
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools at this time. The fonts and images on the Site are served from our own website rather than from outside services. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To schedule assessments and training sessions
- To provide and manage the personal training services you request
- To keep the Site secure and working properly
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
How your information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the Site and our business:
- With our website hosting provider, which operates the servers the Site runs on and receives contact form submissions on our behalf
- With our email provider, which stores the messages we send and receive
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Forever Fit, our clients, or others
These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and related messages for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as you work with us and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
How we protect information
The Site is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you or provide your training. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email trainforeverfit@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Training services for minors are arranged directly with a parent or guardian.
Links to other services
The Site includes email links that open your own email program. Those services have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
