These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trainforeverfit.com (the "Site"), operated by FOREVERFIT PERSONAL TRAINING LLC, doing business as Forever Fit Personal Training ("Forever Fit," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site provides general information about Forever Fit's personal training services and a way to contact us. Submitting the contact form or reaching out to us does not create a training agreement. Training sessions, pricing, scheduling, and cancellations are covered by a separate agreement and any waiver you sign before training begins.

The content on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from your physician or another qualified health professional. Talk with your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, Florida.
